GUARNIZIONI METALLOPLASTICHE
La struttura della Metalloplastica, costituita da un’anima normalmente di amianto racchiusa in una scatola metallica, permette l’impiego in svariate applicazioni dove si ha la presenza di alte pressioni e temperature.
PRESSIONE: da 20 a 540 Kg/cmq. – TEMPERATURA: 550° C.
Per la sua buona comprimibilità, garantisce una efficace tenuta anche su accoppiamenti disallineati o deformati. Per la migliore tenuta si usano guarnizioni ondulate creando una tenuta a labirinto. Vengono normalmente costruite con forma circolare, chiuse e aperte, piane ed ondulate, fornibili anche in forma quadrata, rettangolare, ovale, circolare con traversini all’interno.
METAL JACKETED GASKETS
The structure of Metal Jacketed Gaskets, a core no longer made of asbestos within a metal box, is fit for various uses under high pressure and temperature.
PRESSURE: 20 to 540 Kg/sq cm. – TEMPERATURE: 550° C.
Its good compressibility guarantees effective sealing also on skew or warped couplings. A better sealing is obtained by using corrugated gaskets which provide a maze-like seal. The normal shape is circular, either closed or open, even or corrugated, but square, rectangular, oval, and circular with inner cross bars models can be supplied.
